About
For Londolani
I built OneQuote for my wife, Londolani.
Quoting is a job that runs on memory. Dozens of open threads at once, each needing a nudge at the right moment, none of them leaving much of a trace once the day is done. That is simply the shape of the work — anyone who does it carries the same load.
But it means two things go missing easily. The follow-up that would have won the job. And the record of everything you actually got through.
So OneQuote does those two things and nothing more. It brings the follow-ups back until they are dealt with, and it keeps a plain, dated record of the work, so a day's effort is written down somewhere instead of held in your head.
It is a small tool with a narrow purpose. It won't run a business. It will stop good work slipping quietly away.
Londolani — this one is yours, and it always will be. Everything in it was made with your day in mind.
