Terms
Terms of Use
Short, because OneQuote is a small private tool rather than a marketplace.
Access
OneQuote is invitation-only. Accounts are created by an administrator; there is no public registration. Access may be withdrawn at any time, and accounts may not be shared.
What you may expect
OneQuote records the quotations you enter and sends the reminders you have configured. It is a working tool, offered as it is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted service.
Reminder emails depend on mail delivery, which is never wholly within anyone's control. Treat OneQuote as a support to your own diligence, not a replacement for it.
Your responsibilities
Keep your password to yourself, and enter only information you are entitled to record.
The figures you enter are yours. Check them before relying on them, and before sending anything to a customer.
Reports
The activity report reflects what was recorded in OneQuote, timestamped as it happened. It is a record of activity within this tool and does not claim to be a complete account of your working day.
Cost
Some accounts are free, permanently. Others may be placed on a paid subscription in future; if that ever applies to your account, you will be told before anything is charged.
Liability
OneQuote is provided without warranty. It is not liable for business lost, decisions made, or figures relied upon. The responsibility for your quotations and your follow-ups remains yours.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
